NOTICE is hereby given of the Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of The UK Kidney Association. Following a merger of the British Renal Society and the Renal Association, The UK Kidney Association (UKKA) is a trading name of The Renal Association, a charitable company limited by guarantee registered in England and Wales (company number 02229663, charity number 800733), with registered office at Brandon House Building 20a1 Brandon House Building 20a1 Southmead Road, Bristol, England, BS34 7RR.

The Meeting will be held via Zoom webinar, on Wednesday 13 November at 16:30, to transact the following business: Members will be asked to consider and if thought fit, pass the following resolutions: Resolutions 1 – 3 constitute the ordinary business of the Meeting.

As a member of the Company, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to exercise all or any of your rights to attend, speak and vote at a general meeting of the Company. You can appoint a proxy by emailing ukka@ukkidney.org on or before Wednesday 6 November 2024.
