- For an informal chat about the role, please contact Karen Jenkins or Katie Vinen
- To apply for this role, please send a copy of your CV together with a short letter outlining your suitability for the role to renal@renal.org.

Co-Chairs (one clinical and one MPT) will support the Committee in developing a data-driven approach to new topics and print requirements, obtaining Patient Information Forum (PIF TICK) accreditation, and developing new topics and alternative information formats. The work is carried out in partnership with Kidney Care UK, the UK’s leading kidney patient support charity.
It is anticipated that post holders will remain in place for three years, starting in Autumn 2022.
To apply please send a brief expression of interest statement (max 100 words) to Melanie Dillon, Patient Information Coordinator.

We are refreshing the UKKA Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) Committee. It is essential that there is a committee fit for purpose to ensure that our house is in order; the scope of this committee will focus on the UKKA as an organisation and the work it is directly involved in.
Want to join the Committee or have some thoughts on how we can improve equality, diversity and inclusion across the UK Kidney Association?
Join our informal meeting on 8th of November and discuss:
- What is involved in the Committee?
- Areas of focus
- Areas to improve
The EDI Committee will be supported by one of the UKKA Presidents and the UKKA’s HR Manager, Secretariat and Communications Lead.
We are finalising a leadership training programme to support established and emerging leaders that will launch soon and take place in early 2023 and will be available to members.
